Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [your support email].
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged/defective).

❌ Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing with our suppliers.
