📦 Returns

  • We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain products (such as intimate goods, health/personal care items, or custom products) are non-returnable.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [your support email].

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged/defective).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing with our suppliers.
